This is in mason at the moment, but reporting it so we can avoid doing this in NGS.

Take a look at the results of http://musicbrainz.org/bare/cdlookup.html?discid=xmxVwO.JL6kKxer_yJWpee0w3Jw-&toc=1+12+187877+150+16507+33737+55004+67891+86760+98320+107149+124909+141351+163340+170627&artist=Nirvana&release=In%20Utero if you do a title search. You get 5 identical looking releases.

We really should have RE info in there somewhere (or even be able to search for a CD by barcode and/or other RE info too), as otherwise it'd be way too easy to add TOCs to the wrong releases, esp once we have NGS Releases de-combining REs into separate listings.

I just saw this when adding a TOC of my own. I had to click on each release to find which one I really meant to click, and then double check it before hunting for the proper button to click to actually attach the TOC.

My example isn't that bad because there are only 9 entries with the same track count. It would get nasty very quickly for artists with a lot more releases.

The old display where releases would collapse made irrelevant releases easier to ignore.

The issue is only solved when you search by artist.
