I plan to update GenerateSQLScripts.pl in order to have it handle Replication Triggers too.

Sort Order: Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order

This has been merged to the beta branch, but as this just changes deployment scripts, there's nothing to test so I'm closing as fixed.
