Running a slave database without READONLY database settings produces confusing exceptions

If you run a slave, we will look for the READONLY database, and if this configuration option is not set, we should provide a useful error message.



Sort Order: Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order

We should also probably put a note into DBDefs so people know that RT_SLAVE means it'll try to use READONLY. (but a real error message is obviously also needed)
