Open the release editor, and enter "Toshiba EMI" in the label field. Nowhere in the first page of results do you find http://musicbrainz.org/label/d5a60c75-26e2-4363-a5db-58c12b578cd5

When doing a normal search, it's currently the second result, as expected - http://musicbrainz.org/search?query=toshiba+emi&type=label&limit=25&handlearguments=1

The first result is a duplicate label, presumably added because the editor couldn't find the one they wanted.
