"Guess Case" incorrectly capitalizes letter after apostrophe

If you enter something with a true apostrophe immediately followed by any letter, the guess case feature will capitalize that letter.

Examples:
Johnny's Great Band → Johnny'S Great Band
I'll Do Something → I'Ll Do Something

...obviously this should not happen.
