When searching for edits you haven't voted on, the seemingly obvious way to do that would be to select "Voter is not me". But that doesn't do what you're looking for; instead, what's needed is "Voter is me and vote is No vote". We might want to make this a bit less weird.

The same applies for the more general "voter is not Editor X" search.
