lenny is now on lucid 10.04 LTS

lenny heartbeat downgraded to v2 again; resiliency restored.

carl upgraded to 10.04 LTS (and heartbeat kept back).

All apparmor profiles are in complain mode; would be nice to resolve that.

The kernel upgrades should hopefully also stop the tg3 kernel panics we see from time to time.

We went to 10.04 LTS, let's see how that goes
