Clarify how much confusion is required to disambiguate Works with the same name

      Someone commented on an edit that we can't add disambiguations to songs with different recording artists (even if the works in question were misused).  https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Work says the disambiguation is to counter confusion, but some people interpret the rest of the guideline to say that songs with the same name can't be disambiguated unless the lyrics language changes.

      At contention is,

      For example, there’s not much use in adding “Scorpions song” to Blackout just because other artists have songs called Blackout.

      What if this song is frequently misused by editors?  Does that then become a helpful disambiguation rather than an unnecessary disambiguation?
