OptionsPage implements a method:

def info(self):
        raise NotImplementedError

It is currently unused and not overridden by any option page (including those of plugins). As it is dead code it's probably best to remove it. See also discussion at https://github.com/metabrainz/picard-plugins/pull/194/files
