If you scan your tracks (and the generated fingerprint is used to search on AcoustID for linked MB recordings), the number of sources should be considered.

This track has actually 39 sources for the linked recording "Zuckerpuppen" and only 2 sources for "Man of VolksRock'n'Roll". I would say that the track with only 2 sources are obviously wrong linked.

Picard should therefore use the link with more sources.
If there are multiple linked recordings with equal sources, this should be displayed by a different color or icon or a link to the track on AcoustID to take further steps.
