Add a “submit as-is” option to the URL editor

      Sometimes when submitting a URL it gets cleaned up and that isn’t the desirable outcome. There needs to be a checkbox to allow disabling it under certain circumstances, such as a website adding a new feature that the URL cleanup blocks.
