It's not very clear when Korean or Hangul should be used. It seems Hangul is the predominant script in Korea nowadays yet it's not listed under "frequently used" in the release editor which can give the opposite impression.

There should be usage recommendations so that users who are not familiar with the Korean language and its scripts can make an informed decision.

For example, Japanese has two additional scripts of which Katakana should only be used for transliterated titles and Japanese titles written in Katakana should still use Japanese script:
