Amend the Titles guideline regarding EPs to specify not adding 'EP' if it's not part of the title, and expand it to include other designations such as "single" or "7-inch".

      Proposal at: http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/User:Torc/Titles

      Currently, near the bottom, there is a short section which states:

      ===Do not remove EP===
      If the word "EP" or "E.P." is part of a release title, it should be retained.

      I'd like to update that to something like:
      ===Do not remove format designations that are part of the title, or add them if they aren't in the title===
      If a release includes a designation such as '''EP''' or '''E.P.''', '''7"''', '''CD''', '''LP''', '''single''', etc. as part of its title, the designation should be included in the Release Title. If a format designation is not explicitly part of the title, it should not be added.

      I don't really think this is a policy change, just a clarification (which is much needed from what I've seen).
