If you have a release loaded, and then add a new version of the release to MusicBrainz while it is loaded, the "Refresh" menu entry will not pick up the new version of it. It is necessary to remove the release from Picard and re-add it before the additional other version will show up

Refreshing does not update/refresh the "other versions" options
