Starting Picard snap version prints "/bin/sh: 1: gsettings: not found" on console on start.

gsettings is called on GNOME desktop to figure out the active icon theme. The command seems not to be available in the current snap base package used.

The issue is not critical and Picard will run normally, but still the error output should be avoided and generally the setting be made available somehow.
