For the last two days, I have had instances where newly-added releases will cause Picard 1.3.2 to log errors like the above. It also seems to sometimes interfere with Picard loading the cover art. All the original image files and thumbnails, and other indexy looking files are present.

Indeed, the .../index.json file is not present (or at least, not visible,) in the archive for these releases. I suspect this is an adding-stuff-to-the-CAA or approving-CAA-items problem.
