Proposal to remove the punctuation part of the Vietnamese Guideline, as such rule doesn't actually exist in this language, is not published, advocated nor consistently used.
In reality, several styles co-exist and very few song and album titles do contain punctuation, leaving this rule not very useful but on contrary, both de facto incorrect and thus misleading for people not familiar with the language.
