We currently have no guidelines about how pseudo-releases should be used. Some people would like them to be exact duplicates of the originals, with only the tracklist changed. Other people would like them to only function as different tracklists with no other duplicated data. This means we have different groups of people taking completely opposite approaches which is inconsistent and confusing.
