Submit fingerprints directly from CD

      Picard can't fingerprint CDs. It would be really convenient to be able to put a disc in, fingerprint it, and submit the fingerprints directly to MB instead of having to rip the audio first. Looks like Picard can't seem to read the CD audio files.
