Use better replacement for non-ASCII chars in file name

      If you choose to not have non-ASCII characters in file names (a must for some music players) you get a lot of artist directories like
      ___ & Co
      ___ _ __________ F_____
      ___ ______
      ____
      ____ ______
      and so on. It gets very difficult to find the file you are looking for.

      Why not use something like Volapuk encoding to get something more understandable?
