This issue is duplicated by:

~~PICARD-78~~ Drag&dropping a cluster onto the left pane doesn't work as expected

~~PICARD-94~~ Dragging files back from right hand pane to left "unmatched" pane should give better indication of where to drop them

Description

It would be easier if we could drop the files (from right) anywhere into the left hand pane's background white surface rather than having to precisely drop them on Unmatched files. They would go to Unmatched files anyway.

I remember this being possible in older versions so I'm assuming it's a regression.
