Picard Tagger currently doesn't support latest Musepack version, with its new streamversion 8

it would be nice to add this support

specs are available at http://trac.musepack.net/trac/wiki

According to one of the comments, we need support in Mutagen first and there is a ticket with a patch at http://code.google.com/p/mutagen/issues/detail?id=7

Apparently this is now fixed/merged in Mutagen trunk - don't think as a released version just yet though.

Support for Musepack V8 was released in Mutagen 1.2.1. I just tested this, just using this version of Mutagen is enough to make Picard support Musepack V8.

I suggest we close this bug as soon as a version of Picard for Windows is shipped with Mutagen >= 1.2.1. All other platforms depend on the version of Mutagen you install yourself.
