      bot owner (coder) field indicates who is the bot owner.
      it is set in bot user settings (like e-mail).
      it appears as a link to the owner on bot page, and as a bot link on owner page.
      it is mandatory field like e-mail, if empty bot can not edit.
      one can only own one bot.

      this way one cannot cumulate bot accounts to bypass the edit amount limits set in http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Code_of_Conduct/Bots
