Both http://musicbrainz.org/release/fa83d1c4-cf7e-4e6a-9896-bfee2b0a83cb/edit-relationships and http://musicbrainz.org/release/a72c0b3f-99f4-4e36-adfb-013a91c0aedb/edit-relationships do not have a track number on the last track of the second disc but http://musicbrainz.org/release/45db89e6-7dbb-4c95-8280-6b5b7569afae/edit-relationships does, so I'm not exactly sure what's happening.

I've had a look at this and the web service data looks correct, as does all the code. I dunno if we're hitting a weird Knockout bug or if we're doing something wrong, but it might be best for someone else to pick this up
