"Languages and Scripts" at least doesn't get translated; some of the others do. I think these strings aren't looking for the correct domain, because they're part of the WRAPPER call which otherwise has to be in the 'server' domain, and thus it's looking them up there. Fix is to do what we do on some tabs already and populate the string into a variable within the statistics domain and then pass the variable to the WRAPPER call.
