It looks like at present only that page uses the PerEditConditions class that makes that message display... and that's a mistake. Perhaps I'll just get rid of the message entirely; we don't have separate edit type documentation, which I suppose explains why there wasn't a link to it.

/doc/Edit_Types/38 and similar should link to the documentation.
