If we want bots to be able to follow the code of conduct and limit their number of edits, it'd be nice if we gave them a better way to find out if they're still under the limits than entering page=99 in their open edits page for open ones and making an annoying edit search for daily ones.

If we want bots to be able to follow the code of conduct and limit their number of edits, it'd be nice if we gave them a better way to find out if they're still under the limits than entering page=99 in their open edits page for open ones and making an annoying edit search for daily ones.
This does not include a webservice endpoint, because I'll include that with MBS-4948, which is adding a much larger user endpoint already. This patch simply adds it to the user profile page, which is still dramatically more accessible than the current system.
