Apparently, there is no way for an auto-editor to turn the edits done via the new relationship editor into auto-edits. There should be a checkbox "Enable auto-editor privileges for this edit" as usual.

Still doesn't work. The checkbox is there, but the edits are entered as regular edits even when it is checked.

The javascript has been minified on beta again, so now it should work.

As the relationship editor has been reverted, I'm reopening this and pushing it to the next release.
