When moving a discid:

Caught exception in MusicBrainz::Server::Controller::CDTOC->move "Can't use string ("1") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at lib/MusicBrainz/Server/Controller/CDTOC.pm line 324."

This appears to be my fault, but it's an easy patch.

Now that we've had one duplicate report, I'm going to release this as a hotfix.
