See ~~MBH-259~~. We can reconstruct some of these stats by starting with a 2012-07-11 dump and applying a day of replication packets at a time, calculating statistics and dumping to a file, and repeating until the end of the missing range.

Intermediate tasks: Add a switch to load replication packets only until a certain timestamp, add a way to dump statistics to a file rather than into the DB.
