1. http://musicbrainz.org/release/a3d00fd4-561e-3147-9fd5-49374c1f5302/edit
2. edit any tracks in tracklist tab
3. check Copy all track changes to associated recordings. checkbox in recordings tab (all recs checkboxes get checked)
4. go to edit note tab (realise you want to uncheck a rec or something anything)
5. go back to recordings tab OMG all check boxes are unchecked but copy all checkbox is still checked
