If you tick the box in the release editor to copy changes to the recordings for a track you haven't changed, it submits an edit which doesn't change anything, e.g. http://beta.musicbrainz.org/edit/16165997

Edits 16247734 through 16247749 don't appear to be modifying anything. FWIW the edits were submitted by a userscript that just posts to /recording/mbid/edit to set the comment.

it seems it also happens when normal editors try to enter auto-edits - because it thinks the artist credit changed, the changes are no longer auto-edits.

setting to 3 months since it's a regression
