When you look up a CD in Picard and it has a match, the result web page should have a link to the disc id for the looked up CD (assuming it already exists and there are matches)

example: http://musicbrainz.org/bare/cdlookup.html?id=vOOQzvMmDCOyrfbLVQN2S2h4AaY-&tracks=12&toc=1+12+240135+150+18995+40957+62160+76877+97757+115520+139140+157407+179577+202017+222415&tport=8000 should contain a link to http://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/vOOQzvMmDCOyrfbLVQN2S2h4AaY-
