Please see screenshot attached - the new form validation that checks for the correct domain name in the relationship URL field is preventing users from entering lyricstatus.com as the domain for lyrics URLs - this is related to this issue; http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/STYLE-82

Fixed with commit e632cfd.
