Note that the white-background headers are extended over the grey right-hand bit with the "Add Note" button, and "format" becomes overlayed on top of the button.

I think the edit display is just too wide to fit in the available space, as it looks fine on http://musicbrainz.org/edit/12718926

With a small browser window I was unable to reproduce this bug, so I assume it is now fixed. If not, please reopen this bug.
