For fictitious characters that were born in the future the age information is silly, e.g.:
http://musicbrainz.org/artist/cc60ec6a-b1e6-444a-ad39-3e72affb8295
"Born: 2044 (-32 years ago)"

I would suggest a simple check if the number is negative (or zero), and if, to completely strip the "-XX years ago"!
