Before NGS there was a short help text when I was editing an annotation, showing the syntax to use. Now there's nothing, neither on the annotation edit page nor in the release editor.

the stuff on code review only fixes it for the annotation edit I think. not in the release editor.

(I'd vote to remove the annotation from the release editor entirely, it's very cramped there, but if not... a doc bubble with this same information could be added there.)
