This issue is resolved by:

After 5 minutes of 5 Mb loading, the page is still not fully loading, still not usable and takes 100% CPU.

~~MBS-2717~~ would solve this if it still happens for some people.
Current situation for me (maybe because I have even more ratings than before) is 502 Error instead (~~MBS-3610~~).
