Nowhere on the edit does it tell you the format/title of the medium which makes it hard as a voter to verify the edit against links to sources. For releases with many mediums or with ones that are perhaps identical other than being CD/DVD it makes it even more difficult to find the medium in the full release's context.

I think it should have a line under "Release: " that says the medium format and title, e.g. CD 5: Bonus Tracks. It might also be useful if it displayed the overall release format (5 x CD or similar) but this is debatable.
