On the Webpage http://musicbrainz.org/ (and others) in the main-menue,
most of the time it's not possible for me to click on menue-entries below the main-menue-entries. As an example: SEARCH -> Search Edits -> Browse -> Tags -> etc.. After the cursor reaches "Search Edits" and then a little bit below before the cursor reaches "Tag" the dropdown-Search-Menue collapses. This happens with other menue-entries too, but not so often.

This appears to happen when the mouse is hovering for more than x msec between one entry and another - I'm guessing there's 1px or so of dead space that is interpreted as being "off menu".)

Sadly, we can't put our new-user intuition hats on and magically make the site more intuitive without more feedback. Please free to open tickets of things that you find confusing, and we can look at addressing the problems. Until we hear that though, there's not much we can do.

So Oliver, how to change an Artist(registered by mistake) to a not yet registered Release Group?
Or how to add to a Release Group the members of that group?
Or how to add a new Release, which belongs to a registered Release, because it's a second CD in the package and it's not a box set?
I need "Online Help" and better, more pop up help.

Alfg - this is not appropriate discussion or line of questioning for a bug tracker. This is not a general gripe forum; this is issue management software designed for developers to co-ordinate work, prioritize bugs etc. Issues/bugs should be reproducible, specific and of "even" tone.
