When you seed release editor with tracks it should bypass the Duplicates Page

If you seed adding a new release with some track information and then select a release to base it on the duplicates page it throws away the track information you have added in preference to the release you have selected, but its not really clear this is what is going to happen.

If you have already added track information it should just bypass this screen. (I think this was discussed and agreed on irc but cant find the link)

This sounds like a bug to me. I also remember this being discussed on irc quite some time ago.
