You can see it in e.g. http://musicbrainz.org/release/13f59f64-1ddf-41be-9c72-3493ccbf0a2a/delete and it points to http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Remove_Release which is a 404.

http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Remove_Release_Edit seems to be the only relevant page we have that we could use here (although our docs sorely need updating)

May I suggest that the priority on this bug is raised because it must be a simple thing to fix and at present folk may start removing releases when they should instead be merging them?
