Voting twice gives odd results

One method to reproduce at least some weirdness:

Vote on an edit in /edit/open. Vote on the same edit from /user/edits/open. Notice that vote is now superseded: http://ngs.musicbrainz.org/edit/14463558

Sort Order: Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order
