From testing it on test.mb here are my observations from a UI perspective:

• The "manual entry" tab is confusing. It has text explaining other tabs inside that tab, which I find a little a strange. I think this might be better suited as a separate "add a new disc" button within the dialog.

With the other tabs:

• The tab order is weird - it goes release -> artist -> search button -> tracklist count.
• The tracklists don't have alternating row styling - I think it would be good to be consistent here if we can
• It's really confusing that expanding a tracklist is how you select it. At first I thought this was just a way to preview it, but then I couldn't work out how I was meant to select it. I just took a guess which thankfully did work

If I click add disc the dialog doesn't appear screen centered. For example, if I already have a few discs and I click the button at the bottom of the page, the dialog appears at the top of the page.
