I think there should be a distinction between edit notes entered by real people and ones entered automatically, so I think we should make ModBot's edit notes grey again.
Description
On the mason server, ModBot's edit notes are grey, rather than black, e.g. http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=14305010
In NGS they're not, e.g. http://test.musicbrainz.org/edit/14220996
