http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Upgrading+JIRA step 1 says "Confirm ... Your license support period is still valid.". It's not. http://jira.musicbrainz.org/secure/admin/jira/ViewLicense!default.jspa says "JIRA support and updates for this license ended on 14/Dec/10. JIRA updates created after 14/Dec/10 are not valid for this license."
